Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges - Australia
We want you to be delighted with your Shiva Designs order, but we know that things sometimes don’t work out.
If you’re not happy with your purchase we will happily refund you, exchange your item, or provide a credit note. To receive a refund or exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days. Products must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging. Jewellery, sale items and custom orders are non-refundable. Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
After 14 days we unfortunately can’t offer a refund, credit note or exchange.
We package all our items with great care. If your product is damaged during delivery, please photograph the box and items and report your concerns to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How to complete your return
We make returns as easy as possible.

Email us at hello@shivadesigns.co to let us know you’ll be returning your product. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in your email – this is usually your order confirmation email.

If you believe your item was damaged or faulty when you received it, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email along with a description of the fault

Carefully package your item and post it to: Shiva Designs, 1/41 A, Suffolk Road, Surrey Hills, VIC 3127.

You are responsible for the postage cost to return your product. We recommend selecting a shipping method that is trackable, and selecting insurance.
Your refund will be processed once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
Credit will be applied to your original payment method once this process is complete.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
Exchanges - can I swap my item for another one?
If you want to exchange your item for a different colour or design of the same product, please email hello@shivadesigns.co.
You’ll have to cover the shipping for the exchange, and an additional shipping cost for the new item will be billed to you before we send it out.
If your item is worth over $100 we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
My product looks different to what I expected
When we list our products we always do our best to make sure they’re represented fairly and accurately. Please make sure to always double check dimensions. In some rare cases, such as for handmade products, please allow for some slight colour variations – this is part of the beauty of owning hand-made pieces.
