Shipping policy

Standard Shipping within Australia:

• Free for orders over $250* (Express $10)
• $15 for orders under $250* (Express $22)
  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Standard Shipping to Asia is $35AUD*
• Standard worldwide shipping is $50AUD*

*Excludes bulky and/or heavy items, such as quilts and artwork. Please get in touch for a custom shipping quote. We’re happy to help. 

We ship international orders via DHL or Australia Post.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the customer's responsibility.

PREORDER ITEMS

All pre-order items are clearly labelled and include their approximate delivery date. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that your entire order will be shipped together once the final piece has arrived in store. 

If you would like your in-stock items prior to the preorder items, please process your orders separately.

Pre-orders can be made when an item is out of stock. A 50% deposit is requested upon confirmation of the order, with the balance due before delivery.  To arrange for a pre-order of an out-of-stock item, please contact us. 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

At Shiva Designs, we endeavour to make sure that all products shown on our site are in stock. If you miss out on an item, please reach out and we will do our best to order it in for you.

Delivery time frames will be clearly communicated, and we will not process the payment until we can confirm the item is ready for dispatch.
